After completing the original Daytona Beach it was realized that many design would need to be revisited. This second pass allowed many more ideas to be tested and both projects has successes in different areas. The second pass was aimed at creating a larger project which was more integrated with the surrounding site. The positioning of the project on the site relates to the rising sun angle and the roof opens in certain areas letting light in.
